The Domayne Springvale Bedding Team is seeking a passionate, Sales Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

To be successful in this role, you must:  
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Have the ability to develop solutions and strategies to help customers pick the right product
• Be capable of crafting and implementing strategies to improve product mix, stock levels, and service standards
• Formulate and execute purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote our establishment's goods and services
• Provide exceptional customer service by selling goods and services and offering expert advice on product use
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional in their interactions with customers
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for new products or services to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations, and provide leadership and support to your team in order to achieve the best possible results
