The Harvey Norman @ Domayne City Store is seeking a enthusiastic individual with a genuine love of homewares and design, who can deliver exceptional customer service naturally to join their team Part Time as an Sales Assistant located in Melbourne CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and would be perfect for a confident, enthusiastic  candidate who enjoys dealing with people. This role would be very suitable for someone living locally.

To be successful you must:
·  Have a passion for retail
·  Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
·  Enjoy working in a team environment
.  Friday (including late trading), and Weekend Availability is a must.

What we require:
·  Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
·  A high level of Bedding product knowledge to support customer queries
·  Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
·  Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
·  Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
·  Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
