We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused Salesperson to join the Domayne Alexandria Flagship Store.

Our Sales Consultant have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must:

• Have a passion for retail sales and a can-do attitude
• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business or Bedding Industry
• Good knowledge & ability to learn Bedding products to support with customer queries & Sale
•  Interior decorating experience will be highly considered
• Ability to service your customer’s needs while managing work tasks around showroom floor
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional service to customer focused needs
• Experience in resolving & dealing with customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer needs are met with timely and accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure
